Pre-enrolment happens on Universitaly, online. The visa itself is submitted through the visa application centre in Kathmandu. We could not verify from an official source whether the deciding mission for Nepal is in Kathmandu or New Delhi, so we are not going to state one — confirm it on the mission's own site before you plan travel.

Ask the institution which assessment it accepts
Italian institutions accept either a consular Declaration of Value or a comparability statement from a recognised evaluation centre. They are different processes with different timelines.
Get your academic documents attested first
Whichever route you take, it works from legalised documents — so the MoFA chain comes before, not after.
Translate into Italian where required
Many Italian institutions require Italian translation, not English. Confirm before paying a translator.
