3before you leave Nepal
Leaving Nepal to study a regulated health subject is not the same as leaving to study
a general degree. There's a government approval step many students only discover late —
and missing it can stall both your tuition payment and your student visa.
Health-stream students must obtain a Medical Education Commission (MEC) pre-approval / eligibility letter before MoEST will issue the No Objection Certificate (NOC).
